The most commonly used thickness for an acrylic product is 3mm, 4mm, or 5mm. 3mm thickness is usually used for display, stand or box body while 5mm for lid and bottom. 3mm thickness acrylic has high transparency, nice appearance, simple lines, most of customers like it. On the other hand, thicknesses ranging from 8mm to 15mm or more are commonly used for furniture and large display stand bases.
Transparent acrylic is most widely used, but other colors are also available. To suit different aesthetics and functional needs, feel free to discuss your color preferences with us using Pantone cards. Colorful acrylic usually requires large Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), but Respect (a brand name) offers colored acrylic with low MOQ, typically priced approximately 35% higher than standard colorful acrylic options.

For bulk purchases, sea freight is commonly used, with occasional air freight for faster delivery. For instance, shipping goods from Shenzhen port to the U.S. West Coast usually takes about 18 to 27 days, depending on the destination port and shipping method. A sea shipment to Los Angeles from Shenzhen generally takes around 18 days, while air freight takes about 5 days. Shipping to the U.S. East Coast, such as ports in New York or New Jersey, typically takes around 30 to 40 days from Shenzhen, depending on the shipping method and specific destination port. Sea freight from Shenzhen to Sydney or Melbourne generally takes about 12 to 15 days. Shipping from Shenzhen to Europe, such as Hamburg in Germany, usually takes around 30 to 40 days.
These estimates are based on experience; actual delivery times may vary due to factors like port congestion, customs delays, and weather conditions.
Shipping Costs:
Sea freight costs depend on several factors, including the type, volume, and weight of goods, shipping method (FCL: Full Container Load or LCL: Less than Container Load), sailing schedule, and current market conditions. For FCL shipments, we can provide CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or FOB (Free on Board) quotations. For LCL shipments, we typically offer FOB quotations.
