Can I order a sample, and what is your MOQ?
Yes. You can order a sample before placing a bulk order. Our MOQ for standard models starts from 10 pieces, and mixed colors or models may be available for trial orders. MOQ for custom colors, tuning, logos or printed packaging will be confirmed according to the customization required.
What is included in your wholesale quotation?
Your quotation will clearly list the selected model and specifications, unit prices at different quantity levels, MOQ, sample cost, included accessories and packaging, customization charges, production lead time, trade terms and estimated shipping cost to your destination.
Can I hear and approve the sound before bulk production?
Yes. Sound recordings or videos can be provided for available models before you order. For customized products, the scale, note response, finish, logo, accessories and packaging can be checked through a physical sample before bulk production.
How is tuning consistency controlled for bulk orders?
Bulk production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications. Pitch, note response, unwanted noise, sustain, surface finish, branding, accessories and packaging are checked before shipment.
How quickly can standard and customized orders be ready?
Many standard models are kept in stock and can be shipped after order confirmation. Once the sample specifications and customization details are approved, a customized sample usually takes about 7 days. Bulk production generally takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the order quantity and customization required.
Do you ship worldwide from China?
Yes. We ship from China to customers worldwide and have delivered orders to more than 60 countries. Our established international logistics network supports courier, air and sea freight. Depending on the order size and destination, we can compare suitable shipping options and support EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms.
