The applicable supply type should be confirmed in the quotation, order confirmation or related commercial communication before purchase.

Unless expressly identified as genuine or original in the applicable quotation or sales documentation, the presence of a vehicle manufacturer name or OE reference on the website does not by itself mean that a product is a genuine manufacturer-supplied part.

Prices and Commercial Terms

Prices may vary according to quantity, supplier, product specification, availability, packaging, currency, destination and shipping requirements.

Final pricing, minimum order requirements and other commercial terms are those stated in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or written sales agreement.

Order Confirmation

An order becomes binding only after the relevant parts, quantities, prices, payment terms and other material commercial conditions have been confirmed by the buyer and Senvelo through an accepted quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation or other written agreement.

Payment

Payment methods, currencies, deposit requirements, payment schedules and banking or payment instructions will be specified in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or sales agreement.

Buyers should verify payment instructions through an authorized Senvelo communication channel before transferring funds where there is any uncertainty.

Availability and Lead Times

Cancellations and Returns
